i just did it with the new t-tops and the rod guides and it takes a bit of leaning on the tops to close them. all in all i am more then happy with the seal. i have poured water on it and not a drop. you will be good if you can spring for the seals and the rod guides but if you can't start with the guides. they allow you to move the hole to the center and the floor of the car pulling the tops down and in creating a tighter seal. also there is some seal reconditioner i was reading about. if you need any help drop me a pm man!
