You can substitute the Driver's side SC MR2 axle from a Left side, Camry 90, V6, manual Trans. model. I've done this, so that's how I know.

The passenger axle . . . . find a used one, take it even if its messed up. Then ship it out to a rebuilder like Raxles. There are perhaps a half dozen outfits nationwide that could do the needed work.

SC passenger side axles are not easy to find.

Or, you could swap in a transmission from a N.A. and use N.A. axles.
Or swap in a 6 speed, do the necessary conversions to it, and use axles from a 91 N.A. Mr2.

I wish I had an encouraging, hope inspiring, message to go with this info. But you are between a rock and hard place on this one.
