Changing the cam angle changes the dynamic compression ratio of the motor, which affects the overall combustion pressure.

Makes sense that the engine would (at starting) set cam angle to whatever would make it easiest to crank over, so perhaps shows lower numbers than what it would otherwise.

Either way, if all 4 are the same and the engine is good, wouldnt be worried about it!
