What is the most cost effective way to make around 250-275 hp reliably out of a 3sgte???? (including doing the swap from a non-running beams to the 3sgte) Thanks

Edit: I'm mostly looking for the most cost effective way to get a 3sgte in my car without it taking me years to do. I can worry about upgrades later.
How much work are you planning to do yourself and how much would you send to a shop for?

What type of power band are you wanting?

Was the car originally a turbo or n/a model?

What is the condition of the wiring harness?

I suspect to do it the "right" way you could easily get into the 6k range once all is said and done.

As hookedup96rolla suggested, it may make more economic sense to get it running and sell, then look for a nice 3s mr2.
