I knew SC axles were a little tricky to find but not that hard, I'm going to rub it in my saying I have 2 sets of them just sitting on the shelf doing nothing

I just use the early n/a boxes I found them to be way easier to find people literally dump them on my doorstep because that's closer than the scrap yard. I also never liked having the gears far apart my shift times are stupid fast so I get zero downtime between gears pretty much. Whatevers easiest to find I suppose, an old corolla box may be easier to find than an axle in your case. They don't blow that often either, I ran one locked with a SC engine behind it and was sure doing hard tarmac launches would kill it. The motor died before the box but I'm putting a 20V behind it now to finish what I started.
