Have you tested the fuel pressure? 93s run 2+2 batch fire, so they should actually run leaner than the 91-92 counterparts.

The ECU will compensate for the new parts by modifying the fuel injection pulse based on the signals from the O2 sensor. If you have a slow O2 sensor (worse yet, dead), it'll take longer for the ECU to adjust the injector pulse width, if at all.

There's also other things that cause the ECU to enrichen the fuel mixture.
