20V blacktop with a light head plane and some light headwork like valvesprings while raising the limiter can get that n/a with some slight messing around, not a major undertaking, I'm not sure about the 16V though it is an inferior n/a engine when comparing. I think it would take a bit more work to hit 200hp with the 16V, depends if its bigport or smallport I just think the 20V is a far better motor for this sort of thing.
