First picture:
Please reference my attached picture.

It appears as though you have (A) and (B) swapped. Cable (A) is the starter cable and it appears as though you have it grounded to the chassis (B). (B) is I believe where you want to ground the cable that you're holding in your photo. This is assuming that it's attached to (C) (bolt not visible in picture). It should be attached to your transmission.

Second picture:
This hooks up to the left engine shroud. You can actually see where it's supposed to go in this photo.

Third picture:
I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like the 10mm bolt beneath the 'L' bracket would suffice.
