ALl gen3's run pig rich. The gen2's w/ the gen3 electronics seem to have an issue where it likes to fall on its face after about 5.5-6k RPM. It'll rev past there, but it feels...restricted I guess you could say. Almost like having a slightly clogged cat if you've ever driven a car like that before. To my knowledge no one has ever completely got rid of it.
If you want to get rid of it, get a PFC. This is plug and play with your new setup now that you've done theg en3 swap

. Even the stock map will perform LOTS better than the stock gen3 ecu.
