Are you talking about where the suspension arm bolts to the frame? The opposite end of the suspension arm is the rear tie rod. From looking at the images in the BGB (page RA-40), there appears to be a round opening that you could access the "backside" where presumably a nut had been welded. You would probably need a wobbly socket (or universal and a socket) and an extension, or perhaps a long slender pair of needle nosed pliers to get the nut started.
Please provide a more detailed description of the piece that you are working on, or what you were doing that required its removal.
