hmmmmm I found that a bitch to fix, it happened to me and my solution was cutting a big hole in the frame then tacking a new nut in place and holding it with a spanner as well. Heres the kicker that was double skinned there so was hard to patch up nice when I was done, I actually used a piece of thick steel welded flush to cover the square hole I had body sawed, if you were careful enough with a hole saw you could make a factory looking hole and then just hold a nut with a spanner through the hole.
