If you "grease" them before you install them they dont squeak. Urethane is alot stiffer than rubber for most applications so depending on what components you replace they tend to let you feel more vibration/shock road noise. Even if your not driving "aggressivly" they are a good upgrade to most places in the car but be selective if you are sensative to vibration. Urethane also last quite a bit longer is less prone to rotting from the elements so keep that in mind when replacing components.
