Makoto auto parts is consistently the cheapest on Ebay. $365 for a silvertop, and $550 for a blacktop.
More important than the reputation of the importer is the actual condition of the motor you'll be getting. If the motor is clean internally, it really doesn't matter where you get it. I generally try to buy locally to avoid paying shipping.
The blacktop's 6speed will work with the silvertop. The celica GTS's 6speed can be made to work.
