Yeah I was thinking it might be the FPR...

Yesterday I started playing around with it, under the car I found the o2 sensor wire was melted against the exhaust. Whoops. Fixed that though, cleared the codes, and it runs alot better.

The bucking while coasting in gear and stalling are gone.

But when I'm accelerating, it's holding back till I floor the throttle, then it picks right up, but still isn't as fast as it was or should be.

I ran it super low on gas the other day and I think that possibly the fuel filter got clogged by some crap floating in there, even though its brand new. Does this make any sense?
