Its a weird one. Ive seen a few blocks now and they all have that deformation. My engineer is positive that torque plate , honing and longer studs will stop this happening. Also quote " torquing down all the studs with the same number is not done in the track scene. The outer 4 studs are always lower than the inner as there is less metal.
