I'm not ignoring you - I just have a TON of work to do, and it takes some time to get to everybody. I do a lot more in my job that just look at forums, especially Mondays, when we are extra busy and have one guy less than normal. The internet has to take a back seat to phone calls, walk-ins, mechanics, etc. Long story short, if you need a part right away, it works better to call.
