Wow, bummer indeed. Stripped threads are a headache, but don't let that kill this for you. Hard lines almost never warrant replacement. Also, I find it sometimes helps to start the threads a few turns by hand before you tighten the master and slave into position. They can be a real PITA to start if you have to fight them.

31481-17060 - NLA - Tube, clutch master cylinder to 2-way joint
31489-17010 - NLA - Tube, 2-way joint to flexible hose
90947-02458 - $52.69 - Flexible hose
31482-17021 - NLA - Tube, flexible hose to release cylinder
31407-17011 - $27.87 - Tube, clutch release bleeder

Several of these are no longer available, so if you have to replace any of the main hard lines, you'll need to find a good used one, or bend up your own with brake line from any decent parts store. You can get it in different lengths with the correct fittings already attached.
