if you turn the key and theres no ACC power (no lights on the dash?) then its probably a fuse.
Heck, check the fuse box with a multimeter to see if the fuses are getting 12v, even. theres something called a fusable link you may want to look into as well. (Pretty sure you already did, seeing as how you hit up that old thread)
