The little electrical gremlins could hate you too.
I would take that multimeter and check every wire you can for a short, after the easy checks like turning the ignition to ON and things like that. I am assuming you checked all three fuse boxes? After that, check fusible links and then chase out the shorts if you still aren't getting power.
