no it wasnt stopping, i had to lift off, it'd have kept going, it was pulling as well at 8 as it did at 7, and sounded great the only other mods i had were a lightweight flywheel and i'd taken a burr and cleaned up the welding on the inside of the exhaust manifold, that helped the top end with the stock ecu anyway so may have contributed, before i did those things i would short shift at about or just before 7000rpm on the stock ecu, would pull cleanly to the 7400rpm limiter afterwords, so i'd say they definetly were helping.
