If you have the $$$'s, anything is possible. Just remember the intake and exhaust sides are opposite the Spyder's, so room might be an issue. Going with 1ZZ FI or 2ZZ swap are "easily doable" as there are many who've done these mods.
Not saying it can't be done, but...
