the stock manifold only heatsoaks when its sitting still not running
while its running the flowing air keeps it cool
only slight advantages could be gain by using phenolic gaskets on all the mounting tabs
i think youe set up will look over 9000 times better if you paint the rocker cover red to match and clean up the engine bay
