Your best bet IMO is to get panels off of a junkyard car, check out the for sale section on this forum and you might find something. As far as i'm aware nobody actually sells new panels for mr2's.
How bad is the rust? Post up some pics, if it's really bad it might just be better to get another car thats in really good shape and transplant the goodies over to that one.
