Absolutely, I've said it before, my $14 HF angle grinder has been worth every penny and never let me down. That being said, their cutting blades/grinding wheels/sandpaper/etc are "teh suq".
I just picked a die grinder from HF, with nothing else, and stopped by lowe's on the way home for the abrasive pads. Used it a few times, nothing but happiness.
