I've got a set of 4 low mileage 4agze pistons and the 20 mm wrist pins laying around. At a guess, I'd say they have around 10 to 20k miles on them.
My problem with the pistons was that the block was too worn for the factory original sized 81mm pistons.
That would leave you with needing some GZE rods.
