I've experience misfiring/missing problems with just a very small amount of water around just the bottom of the plugs.
Try blowing air thru a small rubber tube at the plug bases, if you don't have compressed air at your disposal.
Firing order is 1-3-4-2
(BTW does anyone out there still index spark plugs anymore?)
