It's just two bolts on either side of the upper part of the seat. Getting to the bolt that sits higher up on the seat, can be difficult though. I had to tear the seat a little at the corner to add some slack, so that I could stick my socket wrench in there and then stitched it up afterwards. Not too bad just hard getting to those top bolts.
