I'm not sure I can agree but you car is very very nice. The key difference between the one in Houston and yours:

1. About 100K miles less
2. Southern car - potential not one spec of rust. You're located where it snows 4-5 months of the year.
3. Paint is original and shines like it rolled of the showroom floor. Can't tell by the pictures you posted on your CL ad.
4. He took better pictures
5. His is an 88', yours is an 86' (see differences between years)
6. Garage kept for most 99.99% of its's life (who knows if that's true or not but it looks like it has).
