KBB in Texas doesn't mean crap unless your the DMV now.
My two mr2 wouldn't add up to a pile of dog SHIOT in the condition they were in when I bought them. I paid $500 for each and had a receipt from ther sellers. TX DMV now charges you taxes on 80% of KBB value. I had to pay $150 per car! What a rip off.
What does this all mean? What MR3 said. It's one of us crazy sons of biotchs that'll buy the darn thing (not at $7K though). If I had the money, I'd offer the dude $5K max. Even though it's immaculate, its still over 20 years old.
$7000 gets you a very nice MK2 JDM turbo that someone else has done all the work on.
