So I have a 1985 mr2. I'm looking to swap in a 4agze, since the swap ends up cheaper then just replacing the 4age engine.
I pretty much have seen the mechanical done, all of the problems and stuff, well showing its simple. My question is. If I get a JDM AGZE swap, with Motor
Transmission
ECU
Wiring Harness
Supercharger
Power Steering Pump
AC compressor
Alternator
Starter
Intake Manifold
Turbo Manifold
Coilpack
Ignitor Chip (available)
MAFS (available)
since it has a wiring harness and ecu, would it really need wiring work done? wouldnt the chassis harness be plug and play with this ecu? the only changes made were in the engine of the car right?
i've been looking for info on this since spring and am having bum luck :/
