This is all really good stuff to know, i'm a college student (automotive) so if I need a tool, I really can't afford to pay craftsman/kobalt/name brand prices for stuff that really doesn't have a reason to be that expensive.
With a few exceptions of course...I'd never trust an HF torque wrench to be accurate or anything.
