if you have a Carquest nearby have them order just a clutch disc, if you're really concerned..... last time I paid about $100 for the disc and the cover when I ordered them separately.
"realigning" them is easy... you can use a long extention (and move the clutch disc in a circular pattern until it looks lined up as you bolt the cover on...) or you can buy an alignment tool for about $5
