Those little round stickers are listed as plug plates in the EPC. There's quite a variety of them, but you can find them in the body catalog, generally shown with the panel they are affixed to.
The foam seals inside the HVAC system aren't sold separately. You can easily make new ones out of foam rubber, though. BTDT a couple of times with old Corollas.
Wire clamps are in the Wiring Clamp section of the Electrical catalog. They are all sold individually, and there is a stunning variety:
