WTF??? Paypal is about useless in situations like this too. I was scammed by a guy in GA once, over a wireless router and some network cards. Just use my wife's paypal acct now.
It was roughly the same situation, minus the taunting. Getting Paypal to reverse a decision, even with blatant proof like you have, is next to impossible.
