Well, I think you may have identified more than you need.
First, rubber motor mounts seem to soften over time rather than stiffen up, possibly because they're always in use as opposed to something like exterior trim that never moves.
Second, the motor mounts aren't likely to need replacing on age alone. I would suggest inspecting them individually. If you hear or feel any noise or vibration at idle, it is more likely to be caused by something like a loose heatshield or bracket, or a slight tuning issue.
Third, believe it or not, the ball joints and tie rods in my '85 are still like new, even at 25 years old and 184K miles. If I remember correctly, your car has relatively low KMs on it, too, so it may still be pretty young underneath. It is definitely worth inspecting your chassis parts before condemning them.
Finally, if you're looking at replacing suspension bushings, take a look at the Prothane poly bushing kit, which replaces all of the rubber parts. It is a better product at lower cost.
