Check your caster--both front tires should be the same distance from the back of the wheel well. If one of your strut rods is bent or maladjusted, or if the rubber strut rod bushing has collapsed, it can make the tire be too far forward or back in the wheel well, which will make it rub against the inside on turns. You can make the rough adjustment just with a tape measure and a couple of wrenches.
