Done 3 swaps now and that is the most easy and clean and fastest way
Drop the engine and lift the car,.you do not even need rollers o.a,.I used a strip of ply wood and slide the engine over the wood,.the engine isn't that heavy.
And you do not have to lift it so high this way.
