You have a different fueling system i thought ? One that Glenn has devised.
If im not mistaken the first sound is your fuel pump ? correct ? Or is it the injectors spraying fuel ?
If you only go to accessory and leave it there does that first sound stop ? It should once you have pressure as with most cars if it is the fuel pump.
If its the injectors spraying something is really wrong with the MoTec wiring
It sounds like it doesnt want to kick over. I dare say if fuel is coming out pf the throttle bodys your cylinders might be full of fuel
Could be the case if your fuel pump doesnt stop or your injectors going without ignition. Take a spark plug out and have a look if i was you.
