Ok, finally got those pics up of the hardtop I'm redoing. I know where at least 2 if not 3 auto transmissions and setups are right now, so I could go that route if you were pretty seriously interested. You can see some pics of before and early in the process on my website

Don't let the early pics scare you, I chucked anything bad interior wise and I've got a full NICE interior for it at this point. I sell used mk1 parts and I've kept the best of everything I run across for this car. It isn't a power option car (which your wife might not love... then again it doesn't take a lot of effort to lean across such a small car so she might not mind). I was planning to put A/C on the car as well of course. Just let me know if it seems interesting to you.
