Is that the starter clunking around? Sounds like it's hitting the flywheel gear sort of, but it seems to be loose-ish on the gears when engaging.
Fuel pump priming the fuel lines & pressure regulator is normal.
Fuel on your 2 injectors coming out might suggest they are stuck open by means of dirt/scum/debris.
edit: you *might* want to check in MoTeC to see what it is doing with those two injectors...perhaps it's the programming that is holding/causing them to open.
I would separate the vacuum lines MANDALAY is concerned about also....just to start off with and then in steps connect them back to one source, something tells me it's not 100% kosher what is going on there...and I'm not a Jew. Some of the biggest "OMG HOW STUPID AM I?!" moments I have had in engine tinkering stems from doing vac-lines wrong....
