Like I said, it sounds great. the muffler isn't the only thing to consider. pipe diameter, number of bends, how tight of bends, exhaust manifold, catalytic converter, are all factors of how it will sound. I would post a sound clip but i've already pulled that system off and replaced it with a new experimental one
. My particular system sounded extremely similar to the Bimmer, only deeper and more of an exotic-esque growl.
Many times people make there cars sound like **** due to poorly matched parts.
I've tried many different mufflers from many manufacturers and Flowmaster seems to have there s*** figured out.
