as far as boost goes...i've seen a few stock silvertops running very mild boost to bump up the low end...and i've also seen a low comp one with a turbo running around 430 hp...
on my silvertop i hope for 2-4 psi on like one of the smallest turbos i can find for a really quick spool and a broader powerpand
