I've been through the whole sticking caliper thing. That's not it. The wheel spins freely in neutral with the e-brake disengaged. I'm pretty sure I have located the culprit. When I checked on the pads on that side I removed them last time. Apparently somehow I lost a little anti rattle spring on the top of the inner pad. This was causing the pad to be loose and rattle against the rotor. I'm lucky I didn't screw anything else up. Though it looks like there's a tiny chip on the edge of the piston. We'll see when I get the brake hardware kit. Thanks
