I just did this last week, there ain't much to document. Actually, I didn't do it, I just loosened the bolts on the stock strut braces. My g/f was the one who installed both front and rear TRD braces. I put my feet up in the sun, watched and had a lemonade while she was bending and reaching and stretching...

The front strut brace came with 2 long bolts for the middle double-tubed section and 2 short bolts for the extra threaded holes on the strut tops nearer the front (in case you didn't have them, these bolts were already present on mine so they were extra). The rear TRD X-brace didn't come with any bolts at all, I had her use the existing bolts. She tightened it to just under 70ft/lbs or so.
