I would replace any seals/gaskets that may be leaking obviously and any others that you cant get to with the motor in the car. Just insurance I guess. Anytime I have a motor out I try to replace any seals and gaskets I can, money providing. Rather replace them and not need it then have to do it with the motor in the vehicle.
