60mm is between 2.25" and 2.5", which is huge for a stock 4AGE. Realistically, you'll be fine with a 2" OD (50mm) system on that NA, and staying a little smaller will help keep the noise level down as well, especially with a small, straight-through muffler like the one you linked to. Larger tubing won't hurt power, since you're not messing with the manifold or downpipe size (and thus not effecting scavenging to any significant degree), but it will be louder and heavier, and will take up more space.

Given that it's been a month since you posted your question, have you built anything yet? If so, I'm sure I'm not the only want who would like to see and hear what you've come up with.
