Your car is all wheel drive ?
It's a definite step down in control on snowy roads if you're losing 2 of four.
That said, MR2s are mid-engine RWD, so if you put four good studded snow tire's on it
you should be able to get by....unless of course it gets deep.
My dd is an '89 vovo wagon- RWD and she goes good w/ 4 studded, but then she's heavy, too. Good luck, Grandpa
