Hello Jason! Traintech86 is talking about the main cooling system pipes that run under the car. For background, those came up in another of lsgheero's threads:

That was six months ago, and there were no hard lines in the country at that time, so the odds are that there are none at this time either. They may be available from Japan, or the supply may have dried up. If you decide to try and order them, it might make sense for you to buy them from your local dealer, even if you pay full price, because these are bulky and awkward (read "expensive") to ship. That's OK. It's not undercutting us in any way - if buying from us is not practical or cost effective, I always try to turn people toward the most efficient way to get what they want.

There is something else you should know though. If your local dealer told you $150, either they are guessing outright, or they misunderstood you and quoted out the wrong part. Both situations happen from time to time. Either way, $150 won't buy those pipes brand new from a Toyota dealership. Toyota's suggested list price is $669.19!
