Just an update, installed new clutch, etc this past weekend cars shifts great again. Thanks a bunch Aaron.
also just wanted to say that I also highly recommend using redline mt-90 in your trans, while I am not certain the clutch fix didn't resolve 100% my shifting issues, this car shifts better then it ever has in the 4 years I have owned it. The shifts are smooth no longer do I feel a grind when going from gear to gear.
I didn't have a camera handy but when I took out the clutch one of the black (springs?) fell out of its socket, turns out the whole thing was falling apart, explains alot of my probs....
