I'm talking about the slave cyl not the master.
I found the part number. 04313-12030 Here's a pic of what is included.

I original thought I just need to replace the torn boot. But it seems like I need the rebuild kit, since it's not supposed to leak out of the boot. Meaning the slave cyl is failing, right?
